Hypnosis
Hypnosis induces a receptive state of mind that promotes better communication between the conscious and subconscious. Using relaxed breathing techniques, creative visualization, gentle self-reflection and positive thoughts, hypnosis has many possible uses. Deepening relaxation and supporting sleep, removing blocks, learning responses to anxiety and depression, reducing stress and pain – as well as encouraging healthy habits and goal setting.
